At the moment we are limited on shipping worldwide, however as soon as we expand we will certainly let you know. We currently ship all over the US.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location of delivery at checkout.
HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, with the exception of high-volume times. However, we always do our best to ship same day so you can get your products fast.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?
Currently, we do only have one discount code committed. We will do promotions that require no coupons. We do offer free shipping over $150, but to keep our word to our customers you are not required to enter a coupon. We are looking into subscriptions to save you money.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Any unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving. However, there are several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as: perishable goods i.e., eatable (foods) any intimate or sanitary goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or receive products that have been opened. We understand that ordering online is a challenge when you cannot see, smell or try the product for yourself, this is why whenever possible, we offer trial sizes of our more costly offerings, so that you can try it out before committing to a full-size product.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF BRAND PRODUCTS?
Although no preservatives are used, due to the stable nature of the ingredients, the products do not expire. To take care of products please be sure to only use clean, dry fingers when dipping into balm, as bacteria or water can inhibit bacterial growth. We do keep an eye on items which are sensitive, and our store has safety measures for it. You will notice some items have a "best used by" therefore we have systems in place to keep a close eye on the shelf-life product. With Josefina's background in supply chain and logistics and Michael's management skills in shelf life, we assure you are in good hands.

No, we believe individuals are empowered to make an informed and conscious choice whenever choosing to use any product when it comes to their families and their needs.
WHY IS MY PRODUCT A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COLOR THAN MY PREVIOUS ORDER?
Our vendors use ingredients in high percentages & due to natural crop variation, color depth of the botanicals, extracts, clays, distillates & essential oils can vary from season to season. This in no way lessens the effectiveness of the product. We'd rather NOT curate products which include synthetic dyes, bleaches, or color enhancers.
WHAT IS TALLOW?
Tallow is derived from rendered animal fat. I understand the thought of putting fat on your skin can seem odd but in reality, it's something our ancestors have used for centuries. It has a saturated fat ratio that is identical to our own skin cells, meaning it promotes healing to damaged skin. At Love Naturals by Nature, LLC. we select vendors which source grass fed/finished beef.
NEW TO NATURAL SHAMPOO, WHAT CAN I EXPECT? DOES IT LATHER?
These products are not like commercial products, it is what makes them so great. They're safe, completely natural and smell delicious. The texture of the shampoo is dark brown due to the root extract used. There is a lather, but no crazy foam will be piling up on your head like a Pantene commercial -those suds are all thanks to added chemicals. We strongly recommend double washing with these shampoos.
When you first apply, you want to go directly to the scalp and massage. You won't notice a ton of foam and that's because the shampoo is doing its job. The soap is latching onto all the dirt molecules we are trying to rid our hair of. Scrub away, rinse, then follow up a smaller amount of shampoo. Apply to your scalp and massage again. This time you will notice more foam and bubbles, that is because the soap has much less to attach itself to which also means your hair is much cleaner than it was a minute ago.
