Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, any unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or receive products that have been opened. We understand that ordering online is a challenge when you cannot see, smell or try the product for yourself, this is why whenever possible, we offer trial sizes of our more costly offerings, so that you can try it out before committing to a full size product.

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
