use on feet, torso, armpits, and legs for best results. avoid cuts, scrapes, and sensitive areas. the best place for absorption is directly under the armpit, straight into the lymphatic system.

it is recommended to start using on feet and legs, lightly rubbing in. for best results, use consistently for two weeks. discard or stop use with discomfort, irritation.
